Recipe: Whole Wheel Brie Cheese

  • PREP TIME 45 minutes
  • COOK TIME 25-30 minutes
  • SERVES 8 to 10
  • 1.5 kg Wheel Brie Cheese 
  • Nuts: walnuts & Pistachios
  • Herbs: Rosemary & Thyme
  • Optional: Garlic
  1. Heat the oven at 180°C
  2. With a knife, cut a checkerboard pattern into the brie without slicing all the way through.
  3. Put inside of the cuttings the herbs: Rosemary and Thyme. If you wish add 1 clove of garlic in the cuttings. Sprinkle the brie with the nuts. The nuts should be chopped. 
  4. Bake for 25 minutes and check the brie. If the rind is soft is ready!
