The Montico Platter: Cheese & Charcuterie

This Cheese & Cured Meat Box feeds 4 people comfortably. If served as appetiser it will feed 8 to 9 people. 

Each box is prepared with fresh ingredients on the day of delivery and includes:

• Selection of 3 Cheeses. We guarantee a mix of 3 different varieties of cheeses. We generally include 1 hard, 1 soft and 1 blue. As an example, in the picture you can see an Irish Brie, Selected Irish Vintage Cheddar and Cashel Blue;
• Selection of 2 meats: Serrano Ham & Milano Salami;
• Mini honey pot (G's Gourmet Jams);
• Cam Bech Chutney for cheese (flavour will vary between Golden Apples with Pistachio, Black Figs with Macademia and others);
• Colossal greek Olives & Cornichons;
• Fruits & Veggies: Dried apricots, Dates, Grapes, cucumber, Strawberries and Figs;
• Nuts: Almonds, Walnuts, Pistachios;
• Herbs.

All ingredients depend on the availability since we only work with fresh products. 

It is always best to consume our boards on the day of delivery to ensure they are in prime condition and maintain optimal freshness. You can place your board in the refrigerator for overnight but we can't grantee the same freshness. All our platters and grazing boards have an expiration of one day.

The products are delivered on a wood box (23cm of diameter and 5.5 cm of Height). Wood box is biodegradable and reusable. Wood lid included. 

Allergens:

• Milk, Eggs, Sulphur Dioxide, Mustard
• Nuts: Walnuts, Almonds, Pistachios. Nuts may contain peanuts, other nuts and sesame. 
• Chutney Contains: Pistachios, Cinnamon, Macadamia Nuts, Goji Berries, almonds, and Cardamom. May contain other tree nuts
• Apricots and Dates were packed in an environment that also handles nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, gluten, soy, milk, and sulfured fruits.
• Some of the cheeses may be made with raw milk (unpasteurized), we will indicate it if that is the case. 
• Sheridans Crackers. Contains: Wheat, Milk.  Made in a bakery which also handles Nuts
• Some of the cheeses may be made with raw milk (unpasteurized), we will indicate it if that is the case.

Precautions:

• Olives & dried fruits may contain small stones or fragments of stones.
• The Salami Flower has a wood Skewer. Remove before eating.
• Remove pistachio shells before consuming.
• Small children can choke on nuts.

Cheese knives in the picture are NOT included.
